Commercial communications.

Project replies, quotation discussions and service messages requested by the sender are handled as inquiry correspondence. They are kept separate from advertising, campaigns and other unrelated promotional communications.

1. Why there is no marketing checkbox

A commercial electronic communication approval must be specific, optional and provable. It cannot be made a condition of obtaining Beaduck’s localization services or sending a project inquiry. Adding an unused checkbox would create a new processing purpose, new records and operational duties without providing a real subscriber service.

2. If Beaduck launches marketing later

Before any newsletter or promotional-email feature is enabled, Beaduck must:

• publish a separate, specific consent statement identifying the sender, communication channel, categories of promotional content and withdrawal method;
• leave the marketing choice unticked by default and separate from the project inquiry acknowledgement;
• ensure refusal has no effect on access to the inquiry form or localization services;
• implement reliable consent evidence, withdrawal and suppression records;
• complete the applicable Turkish Message Management System (İYS) setup and record approvals/rejections within the legally required process;
• include an easy refusal or unsubscribe route in every promotional communication; and
• update the privacy and retention information before collecting the first marketing approval.

3. Current contact use

Beaduck may use the work email supplied in the form to review and answer the specific inquiry, discuss scope and timing, prepare a quote and conduct related project correspondence. The details are not placed on a marketing list. See the Project Inquiry Privacy Notice and KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.

4. Questions or objections

If you believe you received an unrelated promotional communication from Beaduck or want Beaduck to stop contacting you outside an active project matter, email hello@beaduckstudio.com. Any future marketing system must also provide the withdrawal tools required by the law applicable to the recipient.
